Talent Accelerator is a programme which aims to get young people across East Sussex passionate about and into work in our thriving Creative Industries.​​

Since 2023 we have worked with Talent Accelerator, delivering Work Experience programmes for local young people aged 15 -18 years olds. They are designed to give Year 10-12 a taste of working with professionals in the Arts industry.

In July 2023 we delivered two film projects directed by Siou Hannam. Together with MC Buster, musician Jason Douglas and filmmaker Rosie Powell the young people worked for just 1 week co- creating a film.

 

In 2024 we designed a Music project, delivered by MC Buster and Jason Douglas co creating original tracks and an album.
